  I was introduced to RJ's team back in 2004 when we closed on our newly built home in North Scottsdale, AZ. His team did a fabulous job. Outlining all costs associated with the close, their follow up, communication and quick response times when I reached out with additional questions. I always felt I was in great hands. As good as RJ is you are only as effective as the team who works with you. RJ assembled a team of all-stars at Benchmark who are committed to making your purchase an enjoyable experience. We moved to Florida in April 2021 and built a home which was finally complete in late May 2022. I only thought of one person to handle my needs and that was RJ Crosby at Benchmark. Even though I was in Florida, his level of expertise is high no matter what state you move to. Again, we used RJ's group and our closing went very smoothly. RJ suggested a loan rate lock back in early February when I talked to him which will save us a huge sum of money in the future. He also clearly outlined what my overall costs would be which helped immensely in the planning process. If you are looking to purchase a home, look no further than the people at Benchmark.
