      I have always had great experiences with staff at this branch. Phil was always wonderful to work with. Unfortunately I had to cancel with North Shore due to account fees on even my savings account. The drive through hours and video teller option is GREAT!!!!

      Very disappointed with their ability to process a simple home equity loan in less than 60 days. They took no responsibility for the delay and blamed it all on the appraisal folks and under writers. At closing they handed the paper work off to a loan officer that we had not worked with, as our loan officer sat in his office and pretended we were not there.
