  This bank decided to change all their employees and now nobody knows what to do at this branch! I’ve been banking here for years and you finally get to know everyone and the bank decides to replace everyone! My business and personal accounts will be closed and I’m going to a different bank because of the decision made by the bank to replace everyone. I also bank at the Pewaukee location and they have had the same employees for 10 plus years!! Not cool North Shore Bank!!

Please know our new Sussex team members are eager to get to know our Sussex area customers and provide banking services that North Shore Bank customers have come to expect and deserve. While the turnover at our Sussex branch is due to a few internal promotions that have benefited some employees, we may need to conduct some additional training for the newest employees there.
