      We didn't set out to build a brand new home when relocating for work but stumbled on a William Ryan spec home in our search. After reaching out, we were quickly put in touch with Brandon. Living 2.5 hours away and dealing with the start of covid we were able to view the home, already under construction, virtually. Brandon also took the time to walk us around the neighborhood and provided details about Sussex. We quickly decided this was a home we wanted to pursue. The William Ryan design team had already chosen fixtures and finishes all of which we were very satisfied with and Dan was able to make the few changes we wanted to stamp it as our own. Brandon kept us up to date with weekly videos which were wonderful as we couldn't be there to watch it take shape. They were even able to finish a few weeks ahead of schedule to accommodate our timeline. A year later we are so happy we made the move.
