      This branch has as very poor service. The manager Raymond is a scam. He makes people to pay penalty if you close the account within a year of opening. And he will say "chase bank " too. What does it have anything to do with chase? You leave chase alone Ray! Update: I was talking about pleasant st branch

      One customer service agent had all my information in the tube in the drive-through and said can I help you I said I have my information in the tube she replied there’s nothing in the tube and I replied look in the tube again she then looked in there and started handling my transaction With no remorse of saying she was sorry. This is not the first time that I have had problems at this location they are slow and not very friendly.
