      I started banking with NSB in the mid-90s in a different city. Since moving to the area in 2010 I've stopped at the W. Mason St. branch office regularly and have always received great service from their friendly and helpful staff who always greet you with a warm & genuine smile.

      We went through all the work of refinancing with North Shore Bank only to have them SELL our mortgage to some random mortgage company before we could even make the first payment! After they were boasting how they're a local bank etc. etc. Total bait and switch with them!
