      I just love the tellers and their customer service is EXCELLENT!!! Great bank overall.

      This place didn’t want to let me in, because I didn’t have my check card, and only my passport . My wallet was stolen and the lady kept telling me to show an ID! I guess a passport isn’t a valid ID at north shore bank these days. Plus, it’s not my fault they have to buzz people in with a cc or check card because the neighborhood is trash. I’ve been a customer for 6 years now, and will be terminating my business and personal accounts here shortly . I’m sure it’s not the employees fault by any means, it’s nsb’s stupid policies.

      Got a rude receptionist - told her she was being rude and asked for supervisor and she hung up on me! Update i called back and got the same rep Deandre this time i advised her i was recording her and asked for a supervisor! She put me on hold and I finally got a supervisors voice mail after 10min!
