The worst customer service I have ever experienced. This location is marked as permanently closed. This is a lie. Secondly, they all but refused my payment to close an account. They expressed that Visa was not accepted for more than $1000, as if to say I couldn't have that much. I wasted 2 hours of driving time to pay one bill. If you can on paying your loan off early, go with another provider, and save yourself the headache of dealing with them.

I am sorry the office was closed at one time. However, it has reopened. As for as the visa transactions the fees involved are high. This is why we do not allow transactions over a $1000.00 per transaction. You can always pay via the us postal service with check, money order and cashiers checks. This will also save you money on convenience fees.
