One of the worst user interfaces I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. The SMS verification takes forever, the layout is not as intuitive as other banks, and the support staff is useless. If it weren’t for the rising interests rates, I would transfer my loan to my bank because I feel bad giving such an ineffective institution one penny of my money.

I stopped in my local branch in Westbrook today for a quick transaction I was greeted by Kathy with a big smile and immediately felt warm and welcomed. She mentioned at the end of the transaction that they were offering great rates on credit cards with 4x reward points for new members. I decided to check it out which took all of 10 minutes to do. End result, no transfer balance fees, low interest rates, no penalties and I'm going to save $100 a month. People, this bank is the bomb with people that care and services like car loans and mortgages at lower rates than the big banks where your are just a number. Do yourselves a favor and go meet Kathy! You will never regret it!
