      Lobby is always closed, they literally make senior citizens stand in the rain to use drive thru.

      Well apparently the people that are in there in person or more important than the person who is on the call I had customer service in the call with me even though I asked him to please hold for 2 seconds so I can pull up my account number they just hung up without hesitation as they were saying hi to another customer extremely unimpressed TD is very well hold and this is the first bank that I've ever had problems with
