Tim and his team were amazing to work with. They helped us on our recent sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house. We were looking to use the equity forward program northern mortgage has where northern mortgage would of given us our 20% down payment for our new house based on the projected price our old house would sell for minus what we still owed on our loan. Tim and his team helped us through the whole process only to last minute pivot and help us close on our old house in record time. This allowed us to close on both houses on the same day and take what we made on our old house and use that money as a down payment on the new one instead of needing to use the equity forward program. The whole process was seamless and 95% of it can be done via an app on your phone. Their team was extremely responsive, was easy to work with, and I would 100% use them again.
