      I spent over $200.00 online and they froze my card for fraud and didn't tell me, I deposited a $1000.00 in the ATM last night, but my card is frozen AGAIN! Why? Because one of my loan payments for the first time ever ever was late so now my money is frozen until after 3:00 today. It's time to look for a new bank!!!!!

      Thank you for your feedback Joni. I apologize for the inconvenience. I would be happy to research the debit card issue for further clarification. Unfortunately, any deposit made in the ATM after 3:00pm will not be processed until the following business day after 3:00pm. We are unable to release any funds deposited through the ATM until we have had the opportunity to verify the deposit. We will research the reason your debit card was frozen and reach out to you directly. Thank you and we appreciate your membership.
