      I recently switched to this credit union from another, much-larger one in town. I was tired of being assessed high fees for the slightest errors. I also liked the idea of having an interest-bearing checking account. When I had a question about how to qualify for the dividend, I warily contacted a customer service agent, expecting, well, you know how those calls usually go. To my pleasant surprise, Matthew was great to chat with. Right from the get-go, he was very personable. He was patient with my questions and used terms I could understand. He stuck with me until I got it. Give him a raise. He's definitely in the right department.

      They don't care about helping you. Missed a payment reported to the bureau and 100 pts off my credit. Called the president of the bank he definitely didn't care to help and asked them to send a letter to the bureau on a one-time exception so the negative remark will be removed. Pretty much said you on your own I won't help you. The key to business is to never tell a client no, especially in the financial business your number one priority should be to help and educate your clients and do everything you can to help them. Legal action has been taken because I discovered they granted another member the same request. Rule of thumb your never above anyone or to high for actions be taken.

      Don't bank here. My wife banked there 17 years. She opened a debit card for our daughter which they rigged up incorrectly so it resulted in a $5 fee every transaction. We never had to worry about such things and now they said it's our fault for THEIR MISTAKE and they keep the fees while they cite a 60-day to contest rule. We NEVER had to be on guard like this before to be sure we weren't being robbed by bank fees as a result of the bank's mistake. Every response from the teller and manager were about something my wife should have done when it was THEIR mistake in the first place. WRONG answer guys.
