I would definitely recommend them. Although it took a bit longer to complete our request, they did a very thorough job. Very professional and pleasant to work with.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It took three days to get our money from the sell of the house and we had to call eight times, if we wouldn't have called we probably still wouldn't have our money. They only focus on getting papers signed and getting their money but do not finish through. Two weeks after the sell of our home I found out that our mortgage company still thought we owned the home they had never recieved any check from the title company to pay off the mortgage, we called northern title here in malad and well oops they just had never mailed it out or called our mortgage company. What a joke this place is they do not follow through you can not trust them to do a good job and they never contact you, they only collect their money and get papers signed and then you had better take it upon yourself to make sure you and your mortgage gets paid because they certainly don't. Save yourself and avoid this place they are not professional or trustworthy with giant sums of money.
