  Northfield Bank is what a bank should be! The same employees have been there for years. They greet you by name and are always fast, efficient and very helpful. They really are a warm, friendly neighborhood bank. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

  I would give this bank fewer than one star of I could. From the word go customer service was lacking. Spent over two hours in bank to open two basic business checking accounts, only to find out the process was done incorrectly and I needed to return to bank to complete more paperwork. ATMs are outdated and fees for non-Northfield ATMs are exorbitant. To top it off, bank elected to close my business accounts because I refused to provide them with private agreements for my business. Avoid using this bank for small business at all costs!

  The place is UnAmerican! Go elsewhere. I used the money machine inside. Paid a hefty service fee. Asked politely if I could use the rest room. I'm a senior citizen and have been on the road all morning. I was told the rest room is not for public use. Really?! BOYCOTT such businesses.
