My experience with Nasir Raza (personal banker) today was perfect. I bank in Flemington NJ. I needed help with online banking and he helped set it up. Also answered all my questions regarding deposits and pos limits. He was very polite and helpful as everyone is in the branch.

I was blown away by the customer service at OceanFirst Bank!!! Liz Scozzari went above and beyond to help yesterday by assisting with an account my mother has had there for many years. My mother is in failing health and struggles with mobility. Liz saved her the trip inside and came out to our car to say hello to my mother then expedited the necessary paperwork I needed.
