      HV bank was great. Northfield online is terrible. I just wasted 40 minutes on hold. First call was told that I would get an email resetting my password. Never got email. On second call (after on hold for 40 minutes)was told that I didn't sign in for three months and need to create another online acct as I'm locked out . Wasn't told on first call. Will be closing acct tomorrow.
