I started with a big national lender who I could tell from the start wouldn’t meet my needs. I was referred to Northpoint by my realtor and I was certain I made the right choice after the first conversation. They provided much needed personal customer service that you just don’t get anymore. Super responsive and accessible, very focused on the quality of service and products offered, and they acted as an advocate on my behalf when submitting offers. Even at close they had all of their ducks in a row an confirmed all documents to a point where the lawyers were surprised. There is so much stress involved with moving but Lou Sarris and team completely took that part of my worry away. I didn’t think it would matter who I worked with for my financing but after working with this company I came to realize that having dedicated professionals in your corner matters. Just hire these folks at Northpoint and you will not regret it.
