Edit2: Just bought a new home with Northpoint. Excellent experience again. Even helped me with some advice on a difficult property sale they weren't involved with. Edit: Since the original review, I've refi'd my home, my rental property and a summer camp with Northpoint. They're always finding me the best rate and flexible in working to get me all the information I need to ensure I'm saving money and getting to close without any issues. I'm self-employed with complicated finances. I've done a mortgage and a couple of refinances with Northpoint and they've provided great support each time, including a closing with a difficult seller. Thanks to Karen, Tim and the team!
