  As my husband and I were new to the home buying process and the VA loan, we were very selective on who and how we wanted to move forward buying our house. Sebastian and Northpointe came highly recommended through some family and friends . Sebastian was extremely patient, and attentive with us as we did not know much about the process. He was punctual, respective, and most importantly knowledgeable and informative on the process. My husband had done a majority of this process while on working on the west coast, and he made everything completely easy and painless for him and I. Sebastian and Northpointe on many occasions personally took time “off the clock” to help us due to time changes and a demanding work schedule. With the world changing rapidly , it’s hard to find good trustworthy people. Even after completing our process we had received a custom gift from Sebastian and Northpointe, what makes it different is that they had chosen special things that were unique to us and even our puppies. 10/10 would recommend to anyone new to the mortgage/ home buying process, especially military/LE families.

  Everyone in this office is very knowledgeable, kind and will do what’s best for the client! Northpointe Bank offers some of the best products for many different scenarios! I highly recommend this great team!

  If I could give zero stars I would. I reached out to Northpointe Bank as a first time home buyer to get pre approved for a home loan and was left completely in the dust. Bad communication, actually I would say none at all. Unresponsive and unprofessional. Do not recommend!
