      I posted a review at a local branch when I was unable to get help with a loan PMI appraisal, I was frustrated. It took quite a bit of effort, on my part, to initiate and finish the process. I was able to eventually get done what I needed but it was difficult. Shortly after posting this a thoughtful response was added by the branch. I did not respond, however received a call from Brian, the Branch Manager. He was concerned about my review and experience and offered to help in any way. Now my experience with corporate, specifically the Loan Escrow Department, was not good. However, Brian has shown he cares about his customers and local branch. I have since moved my review to the corporate page and change the local branch review.
