      My husband and I had the worst experience with Guaranteed Rate in Bloomington. From the start we thought it was great, mortgage advisor seem extremely knowledgable ( been in the business for 40 yrs! ), and when I went in to the local office, it was very nice. The advisor was all talk, and acted like he wanted what was best for us, but when it came down to it, he and the company just gave us the run-around, and were dishonest...... For 4 months!! We put tons and tons of time trying to make it work out, and today was supposed to be closing day... And they waited till today to tell us we were to bring $2,600 to closing!! I can't even begin to explain everything that happened, but it was all a horrible experience and I suggest to no one that they go with this company. Now four months later, we have to start all over again with a different company we should have gone with in the first place!
