  this is the best experience I've ever had with a bank, and I've been with them all for extended periods of time - bank of America, chase, fifth third. I finally found northstar bank and after a few years I still haven't had a single problem. if you do online banking you have to change your password very frequently so just make sure you write down what you change it to because I locked myself out before, but received excellent customer service when I went to recover it. I haven't used their phone app but its so easy to drop a check off at their machine and it will even print an envelope if you don't have one. I rarely use a foreign atm, but they allow you a couple free atm transactions, so if you do have an emergency you don't have to worry about the fees being huge, which is such a nice favor for their customers. everyone is nice at this branch and in st. clair. I love northstar and will never switch!

  Very Rude & unprofessional people work here. Could care less about anyones time.. i was there over 35 minutes to cash a check drawn from there bank..which did not happen after calling the customer to verify his signature and that he wrote the check..asked for thumb print, ss number, drivers license and $6 to cash because i was not an account holder. it was a $5000 check!! absolutely ridiculous to ask for all that information to cash one check! I will never step foot into one of these branches again..Horrible experience. Id give 0 stars if i could.

  You really need to upgrade and get with the times! Depositing cash into my account at your ATM should be instant like other banks. 3 days later and its still not available to use?! This should all be electronic by now!
