      Terrible Refinancing options. The surrounding banks and credit unions offer way better options at NO CHARGE, while Northway has a fee of $175! This is straight out of my email: "Our fees are: VSI $75.00, Doc Prep $75.00, Title Fee $25.00 for a total of $175.00. I've had an account with them since moving down here 3 years ago and am disappointed to say the least.
