      Absolute trash. Have called and told them n multiple occasions to quit allowing “overdrafts” and they won’t. Every time we turn around the money isn’t either showing accurately on the bank app or we’re being double hit by a bill and a double or even triple over draft charge. Never met a more incompetent bank corp in my life.

      Banked with Mutual for 15+ years. Things started look bad shortly before Northwest took over. Things just went down hill from there. They don't have hours that you can reasonably visit the bank and they held my pay roll checks for 2 days if I did not drop them off in the bank, which the hours made impossible. Their web access is hit or miss whether it works or not. I pulled my money and went elsewhere.
