      The assistant manager is absolutely rude and unprofessional. That's probably why she's in her 80's and still an assistant. Horrible bank in general.

      The assistant manager is a very rude woman and extremely unprofessional. Northwest as a whole is a terrible bank in general. After the switch from mutual most of the people I know who banked and worked there have left for a plethora of different reasons. Terrible customer service, terrible policies, and an overall terrible customer experience. Bank elsewhere!
