      Went to drive thru ATM and had to wait in line cause the ATM is in the same lane as a regular bank lane and the car that was using the bank lane blocked the ATM. Other than that though, it was quick and easy.

      I have been a customer at Northwest for 12 years with my account always in good standing with the bank. I made a one time error with an automated savings transfer which caused an overdraft fee. Called the bank to see if they could do anything to waive it for a longer time customer. Manager was not able to do anything about it and I would have to pay the fee. Lost a long time customer.
