      At this Bank of America branch, I deposited cash. I interacted with two employees, and they both were polite and performed their jobs well. The interior of the building was laid out differently than other banks are. The building materials and furniture looked new.

      I’ve been with this branch of Bank of America for over a year now and I’m always pleasantly surprised at how professional and courteous every single member of their team is. I don’t have to go into the branch too often because their systems are very user friendly from my phone, but I am always greeted quickly and treated with respect. I’ve never been to another bank that has made me feel so good about doing business with them.

      I dealt with Levi Wright, he is very unprofessional. The manager on the other hand was very helpful. They need more knowledgeable greeter. The greeter was a joke, no clue what he is doing.
