  They over drafted my account, even though I had only it in. And then charged me an over draft fee. I called to fix it, and they won't take responsibility for it. I've never had this happen before at a bank. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Wont let you get a cashier's check in the drive through, they weren't very happy about me asking. These bankers are gonna cost people their rent. Very disappointed with the services they lack of for being a top rated bank

  I can't text the whole episode I went thru to end up so upset I left in tears I was talk down interacted about a update for my wife it's her account but the assistant manager wouldnt give her any respect Two days I came to the bank it was the same attitude and whispering to coworkers they didn't even wait for me to leave it was so bad I walk out and left my wife bc I was to upset I deal in antiques and collectables we need a bigger safe deposit box Now I see why ppl from Columbia go all the way to Centerville. the manger Dan was very helpful and calm me down and listen .I'm glad citizens bank are kind and happy greating Not can I help you after I waited a half hour . I didn't tell him the whole story nor can I tell u bc it took three pages I would gladly explain because the saddest thing she didn't think she did anything wrong But how can you give someone ONE KEY to a safe deposit box and tell them to call and make a appointment. And it's a key missing ppl get a S D box for value items I guess being a man of color I should bank else where You. Start a business one customer at a time and with bad service you can lose a business one customer at a time
