      This is really a good bank. Anytime I want cashier's check they did not charge me anything like other banks do. when I want to withdraw large amount of cash they are really helpful and quick. I use drive through and get done in no time. Thank you for great service.

      I called Northwest bank to get some assistance on a returned payment and since I had thought the payment was not to come out until the next day, I was worried about it being returned and being charged extra, this would typically be my fault but we had not had this happen ever and have maintained a good banking relationship with them. Noah the representative that assisted me took care of it and the payment was paid and they did not charge us any fee. This is rare with a lot of other banks, I appreciate all the help from Noah and his customer service was top notch. I would recommend to anyone banking with them. They have always been extremely great to work with .
