      My brother has been banking here for years. He is mentally challenged, and now physically disabled. The people at this bank have been exceptionally kind to him. Getting him a seat when he can't stand in line, making sure he gets what he needed. I can't rate their care high enough. Great people. Even the security guard looks out for him!

      This Bank used to be smaller and more customer oriented. Interest they pay is poor, the interest they charge is high, and their fees for checking ore unreasonable. I just closed my account and switched to a credit union. However the employees at this branch were very friendly and helpful!

      I worked with Angie and she helped to make an impossible situation so much better. She was so kind and helpful and extremely patient with me over a few day span. She even called me first thing in the morning when she figured out what the problem was. I can't say enough good things about the wonderful customer service she gave me. She is truly an asset to your organization.
