      I have to say that NWCU has been there for me and my family. I got a great car loan with them with an excellent interest rate and I got the rewards credit card too. I have always experienced excellent customer service and professionalism at this branch as well as over the phone. During Covid shutdown they were very caring and understanding about financial hardship and cheerfully worked with us to help with an extension on car loan payment. Thanks for being there NWCU đź‘Ťđź’Şđź‘‹

      It's impressive on what they admire is the best know solution for public cooperation in financial terms which is cool to be in the event for important transaction, assistance, and guideline to instruct customers on what they must proceed.

      I paid off my auto loan with Northwest Federal credit Union several months ago and they still have not issued my title to the new lien holder nor myself. This was after they assured me inside the bank in person that the title would be sent to them. Months later after I find out it hasn't been sent still I called the bank and found out they never closed the loan even though I paid it off. They assured me they would close the loan and immediately send the title to the new lien holder for which I provided an address. Over a month later they still have not done this. Do not expect any type of regular service from this credit Union, they cannot perform the most basic functions.
