      I have been a NWFCU customer for over 20 years. Their rates are reasonable to good; service has been excellent. One thing to keep in mind is that this is a relatively small credit union. it is generally advisable to make an appointment when you need a service beyond what a teller can do, such as notary or signature guarantee, to discuss a loan, etc. I recommend this credit union.

      Definitely was racially profiled at this location. Came in to cash a check written by a member and was told they couldn't cash it, without giving me any explanation why. I know for a fact the money was in the member's account. Watched white customers get their transactions completed with no issues. They made me wait, got a manager to tell me they couldn't cash it, and then after I insisted on an explanation and called the member, miraculously they were able to cash it, after giving me the run around for 40 minutes.
