      Staff was friendly enough, but wasn't too interested in interacting with us even though we were right in front of them clearly struggling to identify some of the rifles we were interested in.

      Didn't really care to take time to look up our chain saw. Just assumed it wasn't worth much money and passed up our pawn. These guys are ok d of right wads if you ask me. . Most everything I've ever brought in they've passed on. I probly won't shop here much and I'll probly just quit considering this a pawn shop to use. Sorry, just haven't had good luck here.

      Pleasant staff and manager. I stop in every couple weeks to purchase movies and the occasional tool and I am cheerfully greeted by the staff and they always treat me with respect, no matter how small my purchase. Not to mention a great selection of items. By far my favorite pawn shop in the Billings area.
