  I had an A+ experience this afternoon with Vanessa and it tragically deteriorated into an F- experience this evening when Josh Bell came into the picture. I am not sure if he is related to the owners but with his unprofessionalism, he is the LAST person that should be in a customer-facing role. He was combative, condescending and even yelled at me. He agreed that his company dropped the ball in fulfilling my instructions but refused to take any responsibility, showed no remorse, continued to blame me without offering any solutions. After I called him out on dropping the ball, he continued to fudge my instructions in a smart-aleck, trolling and misinformed way. I have never experienced so much non-chalant disrespect from a company that calls themselves "professional" in their hold recording. I could outline in detail the numerous blunders he made but I will save everyone the time. It appears he was the only one available after hours and his poor customer service skills will destroy this company. I was very happy with my interactions with Vanessa and was ready to recommend this service to my very large real estate network. But as long as Josh is around failing to read instructions and trolling customers on the phone there is no chance in hell that I will let my friends use this service. How unfortunate that this uncommunicated hand-off happened, things would have been better off for everyone if he simply was not there to belligerently make everything worse. I recommend that the business owners offer a direct way to reach them because it appears that all company communication goes through a shared email. Also, a consistent customer service experience would strengthen the long term reputation of the company. Hopefully Josh is a short chapter at this company and he doesn't reflect the values of the owners themselves. If you call and he picks up the phone, I highly recommend you find yourself another notary service because he WILL misinterpret and misperform the most clear and simplest of instructions while challenging you until his last breath. Truly unbelievable.

  Need a notary? HIGHLY recommend this company! Their customer service is great and very reliable. Their notaries seem to be very professional and know their stuff! Josh is the office was very pleasant to deal with and answered all my questions! I will recommend this company.
