  Overall Scott and his team did a good job. I was disappointed with the three weeks it took to get pre approval and getting locked at a higher rate because of it. Once we were in contract it was smooth sailing and we closed very quickly. Thanks guys!

  Hey Brandon, you did not get a higher rate, we actually have the best rate right now. What three weeks was not your approval it was your verifications of employments. You were approved in 48 hours, what happen, and I know you done understand the mortgage process so understandable. It is complicated. It was because you wanted to wait. Remember I kept telling you to use our lock and shop program. Then when you finally decide to move forward yes rates and gone up, but even then got you the best rate for you qualifactions and gave you a 2000,00-dollar credit off that rate. We had the biggest rate hike in history in two months. I told you to lock again you wanted to wait. Then when you were ready what happen we had to wait for all your verification of employment to come in. Which my team called every day to get for you. You did your application 89 days ago the first one and told you to lock then and lock but you wanted to wait. I kept trying to tell you about rate hikes, but you wanted to wait. Then you did another application 48 days ago and told you to lock then but you still wanted to wait. Even then I still got you the best rate out there for your qualifications. We always take care of our clients, and know you do not understand the process, but three weeks it took for the verifications of employments to come in probably talk to your past employers. My team busted their behind to get the verifications in as fast as possible for you. We closed your loan start to finish 6/13/2022 to and closed 6/30/2022 with a holiday. That is 14 business days start to finish. Hopefully that explains stuff better and can change to a 5 star! I truly appreciate you and your business.

  Scott Rojo and his team were outstanding when I decided to refinance earlier this year. They were very quick to answer questions at anytime. They made the whole process very easy, and saved my a lot of money.   Working with Scott regarding our first home purchase was a very professional and exciting experience. Facing this current market may seem intimidating but Scott will ensure your interest rate is the best his team can serve you. Another aspect of working with Scott and his team that we appreciated was his openness to a plethora of questions. As this was our first home purchase - Scott made sure we were educated on what steps were on as well as what was happening behind scenes as we wait for certain approvals. There was never a hidden fee or stone unturned when working with Scott. His team members respond as soon as possible and Madison especially was a great help to work with. Thank you again!
