They are the worst title company I have ever worked with, they are trying to charge my client a per diem for every day the buyer doesn’t close, which is understandable until he said the weekends count as well. But they are closed on the weekend so how is the client supposed to close? If I could give a negative star, I would. Not to mention they are stalling to prevent from closing so that they can collect more per diem. I WOULD NEVER EVER USE THEM! Dan Jandernal is the absolute worst and disrespectful!

The operation in Maryland is out of control. Overcharges galore. Not fair to our client. Very unprofessional. I have taken action with the regulatory agencies in Maryland and hopefully will get our client a refund for excessive JUNK FEES. Beware.
