Grant is an awesome person to work with! My wife and I just bought our first home and Grant made it a breeze for us. He is very responsive and he explains everything very well, but it can still be confusing as a new owner so he breaks it down every time we repeat a question. We met him in person at closing and he is very nice and funny which made it very comfortable for us. I'm pretty sure if we still have anymore questions down the road, he would be more than happy to assist. I highly recommend!

Fantastic!! This is the third loan I've worked on with Tim Huie (two new mortgages and a refinance in the middle) and he's always been very honest and upfront with my options, presenting all of the relevant information to help me make the best possible decisions. He's quick to respond when I reach out, and when he tells me he's going to do something, I know he's a man of his word and will follow through. Both my realtor and title company also commented on how seamless and easy Tim made this process for them as well, even when there were some hiccups with the seller on my last house purchase that closed yesterday.
