Choosing Bank of England and specifically Todd Simon as our lender was one of the best decisions. As a first-time homebuyer, I was unfamiliar with the process. Todd went above and beyond to educate us on the process, to address any pressing concerns or “silly” questions, and guide us to making an informed decision based on our needs/interests. His team was thorough and prompt. They were transparent about their fees and prices and there were no surprises for the closing. There are many factors to consider when choosing a lender; and while interest rates were my top priority, finding a lender with excellent customer service became a higher priority throughout this process. Todd and his team are knowledgeable, personable, and highly responsive- all qualities that helped alleviate any potential worries for a first-time homebuyer. An additional perk was that Todd helped us to lock and secure a great interest rate, a few days before rates increased significantly (prob saving us a lot of money). Todd was more like a friend and life coach throughout this process, and that made a world of difference. I recommend Todd Simon and his team without any reservations.
