      I filled out an application with Tanner and he never got back to me, when he finally did, it was to tell me he was quitting the industry and Valerie would be taking over his applications. Well I never heard back from her either. Needless to say, I'm glad the process never got started, i would hate to think what it would have been like to deal with a lender with such poor communication. Do yourself a favor and find another lender.
