      I was dropped in the mud by another tax service (individual) who was referred highly by an associate in early May. Mid month I follow up via text messages and email, phone calls to check status and see if she needed anything else. I was reassured every thing was on tract... not to worry and that I was being " taken care of ". End of May it went silent... when she finally responded another assurance came... everything was fine and she would get back with me. . Why am I telling my whole story..because this place is just that awesome... my dilemma stopped on 6-14-2021...1 day before the deadline ...I was frantic... the lady who had strung me along just simply stopped answering the phone. I googled in tears and prayed... read the reviews and took a chance that the reviews were real... they are. Sou started on my taxes immediately. I was emailed and texted all day on the 14th and 15th try to get and make sure I didn't miss giving any needed information to help me. Sou stayed in constant contact letting me know my status. Because of me and additional info Sou needed ( that the other lady never asked for) to assure I was getting the best breaks possible it was efiled a day late. Anyone reading this use this service. She took my stress level from 10 to 1 in 2 days.... save yourself the drama I went through if you are needing a tax preparation business... You found it !!!!!!
