This is the second time using Minab, and NRL. The reason I even considered using them again is how streamline their operation was set up. The process of getting documents was easy, they got back to you right away, they always answered when called, or returned the call quickly. Starting from Minab, who has great customer service skills, and is knowledgeable to Janee who was professional and very good at communicating exactly what was needed to make the whole process run smoothly. Purchasing a home is said to be one of the hardest things one goes thru, but not in the case with the staff at NRL, they make what others have difficulties with seem much easier because their trustworthy. I will only use NRL in the future and deal with Minab only. I will recommend them to friends and family. I’ll leave you with this last point. Why would I go out and get hamburger when I have steak at home. My experience with NRL, there is no substitute...
