Doug and Justin are the best! When our first deal fell through because of a low appraisal, they immediately filed for a reconsideration. They babysat and held our hand every inch of the way. When that came back too low, they immediately went to work on our second possibility. This time it worked out. They may have strong armed them a bit, I’m not sure. All I can say is that as a veteran looking at a VA loan, these are the go to guys. I can promise you they will go to the mat to help you get things done. Another thing I was impressed with was their friendly down to earth nature. Within minutes of setting down with you, you feel like your at home with good friends. My wife and I will never forget the way they worked with us and for us. If you are in need of their services, I can promise you, you won’t find better people to work with.
