      You would think the level of professionalism for a financial aid office at an elite private university would be of a higher caliber. Unfortunately, I agree with most of the reviews here. The person I spoke with over the telephone was as unhelpful as she could be. I felt her attitude of resistance to answering my questions, and frustration at her not being able to explain their policies in a way that makes common sense. Very condescending...not what a parent paying a large amount of money for a student to attend their university wishes to hear. Bad form.

      Very Rude. This was my call 2 weeks ago. Me: "I was wondering about my email that told me that I have 6 more payments for my 9 pay account, but I only have 3 more payments" Person: "You are wondering about it?" Me: "What?" Person: " *Sigh* What's your id?"
