      Everytime I've gone in my visit is quick, the workers are nice and the building is clean.

      This bank is ghetto the representatives act useless and question you for basic requests “why do you need a new card?” the card machine is always down and ordering a new card gets lost in the mail horrible system Nusenda needs to do better as a whole I’ll be closing my account soon go to US Eagle Federal Credit Union

      For whatever reason tellers were looking over at me and laughing when I walked in.. kept looking at them thinking they would look away to at least play pretend at being professional- didn’t happen. The teller that actually helped me though (Brianna) was super nice and professional
