This location used to have a good service. For the past few years it's getting worse. I came to open a CD and the person who I was scheduled with is Daniela Gutierrez. Was it her? Who knows, there's no name in the table and she purposely sit sideways from me so I can't verify the name. She did not let me finished writing my signature as I was about to cross letters and put a dots in and she just closed it out saying that there's already a signature! It's not finished yet. She talks over me before I get to speak what I wanted. Treated me as if I'm a nuisance wasting her time. Worst than any of the bad staffs I've encountered here last 2 years. They're the closest to our house so I came here thinking maybe they have fixed their issue. NOT!!! DON'T COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED AS A CUSTOMER!!!
