      Norb is awesome! Very quick very courteous, I have very little book smarts but norb didn't make me feel like an idiot. Cool guy, I highly recommend nusenda, I've had serious issues as far as credit and credit cards and they fixed it all

      Getting two people added to a non-profit business account was made excruciatingly complicated by Kassandra Uribe. She did not complete paperwork correctly, sent multiple extremely unprofessional emails, despite being corrected twice she continued to contact the wrong person repeatedly, and apparently doesn't know how to use a telephone to communicate. I will not be using the branch on 4th street as long as this person is employed by Nusenda.

      I have this auto loan through Nusenda. I dont understand why they make making a payment SO DIFFICULT. I called to make an additional payment on my autoloan like a responsible adult and they wont allow me to make any additional payments over the phone until the due date. Ive been making additional payments every month to pay the car off faster but this is the first time I called in to make a payment. IN WHAT WORLD????? So, now I have to interrupt my busy day to drive over and wait in line in their terrible drive through set up at this location to make my payment. THANKS FOR LITERALLY NOTHING. I just want to pay this off so I dont have to do business with Nusenda any longer. They absolutely LOVE inconveniencing their members.
