  Call ahead and the reps there will have what you need waiting for your arrival. Response time is very quick and informative. Mobile software could use some upgrading. Branch hours, recommend an early opening day at-least once during the week, like on a Monday. You can literally get everything you need here, loans, insurance (auto, gap, life, renters, etc.), checking/savings. A ton of different savings plans!!! I recommend to bank here vs. other banks like terrible BOA. Stratford branch, Maria is great to work with, she cares about your financial habits like it’s her own.

We are happy to speak more by phone if you would like to contact us at 860 513 5000. The 0% credit card transfer offers are for a limited 6 month time period. The rate then defaults to your normal card rate. Our card rates range between 11.95% and 17.95%, not 30% as you’ve stated in your google reviews. All of this information is disclosed in the offer, but again, we are happy to discuss where this offer to clear up any further confusion.
