      The first thing the agent did was run my credit before ever talking to me about my taxes or income, which lead to a denial and drop of 46 points to my good score. Not pleased they werenā€™t able to help me first.

      Brandon is very unprofessional and doesnā€™t represent Denali Home Loans well! Iā€™ve been a member of Denali for over 30 years and itā€™s very disappointing that they hire such incompetent and unprofessional employees. This shows that their management is not looking out for the best interest of members. If I was Brandonā€™s manager I would look into his unethical and unprofessionalism, before they get reported for their shady practices. Iā€™m very displeased with how they handled my refinance. Please go elsewhere for refinancing your home loan or you may pay the ultimate price...
