      The customer service at this location is incredible! I've never had an issue with any of the employees. The employees will do everything to help you including walking you to other employees that you need to speak with and sometimes the employees will stay with you until your business is complete. The customer service is so incredible that I feel like I'm their most important customer. Honestly the comments for this location are brutal and inaccurate based on my experience. I've been a customer since 2016 and I think you should be a customer too. This FNBA location rents safe deposit boxes and I've never had to wait to access mine. I like the location because I often cross midtown, so it's super easy to take care of business before going home. If this review was helpful please click the Like button.

      I tried to cash a insurance check of a high amount at 3pm on Friday they said they could not cash it anytime after 1pm. They told me come back tomorrow at 1 pm. I was frustrated but complied. I came back in the next day they said I could not cash the check. In my experience with First National band I’ve had horrible customer service and lead in direction of under trained staff. Seems like they just hire anyone and have no quality or professional service in there branches. I would recommend banking with anyone BUT first national bank. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
